About the Job
Job Details:
- The store manager is to create and sustain a pleasant and hospitable work environment and excellent customer relationships in order to motivate staff and meet sales goals.
- Be well versed in and ensure compliance to Guide To Thrift Store Operations manual and all other policies and procedure by all store personnel. (To include verbal and written warnings.)
- Meet sales, production and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation.
