About the Job
Job Details:
- The Sales and Production Associate will be responsible to preform a wide variety of duties in the store and the production area.
- The Sales and Production Associate will maintain order and create and sustain a pleasant and hospitable work environment, and maintain good customer relationships.
- Assist as required with store operations.
- Serve all customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Duties:
- Assist the management team in meeting sales, production and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation.
- Train, direct and supervise new employees.
- Receive applications and participate in interviews as requested.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid drivers license with acceptable DMV record.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
